Kelly Andrew Heard is a Technical Product Manager for Cactus Commerce in Ottawa, Canada. In addition to this, he also provides field support to the Microsoft Commerce Server Product Unit. He’s been in e-commerce for close to 6 years and really enjoys what he does – most days! Other than work, he’s crazy about music, photography and his friends.
